I started my online business mainly because I was fed up with having my time controlled by someone else. Having to fight to get time off, then being told how many days I could take.

Like why should I have to wait to enjoy my life in the way that I want?

With a love for the outdoors and exploring the UK, I hated that holiday blues feeling, driving home after an amazing time away, knowing that work was looming again, I honestly could have cried (and did sometimes... dramatic I know)!

Secondly I done it because I wanted to be there more for my daughter. It broke my heart having her crying over video call because I was working late at work and not there with her.

I knew something needed to change. At this point I also knew that chasing promotions at work wasn't going to give me more time, I looked around at the people that had those positions and they were always stressed, worked longer hours and honestly just seemed miserable. I'd worked hard for the career that I had, so yes to some it seemed silly to try something new, especially in my 30's but deep down I just couldn't keep doing it.

Enter finding this business, something that could be done in a few hours a day, could pay me well for my effort, I didn't have to handle inventory and gave me the chance to be my own boss and be able to live my life exactly how I wanted. Honestly I didn't think twice, I went for it and haven't looked back.
